Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the goods you want is to return the item you own and once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
